the Middle East
We have all come across the mezze during our summer
holidays or in our local Greek restaurant.
This workshop takes you further afield. It is a celebration
of the food and flavours from the regions near the Southern
and Eastern shores of the Mediterranean Sea. We travel
from Turkey, via Lebanon and Israel to Iran…..
You will prepare authentic meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, which we will enjoy with drinks. We finish the workshop with some sweet treats.
